Gabriela MĂNTESCU

Dr. Eng. Gabriela Măntescu is a Scientific Researcher III at ICSTM – Valahia University of Târgoviște and Director of the Energy–Environment Research Department. Her work focuses on renewable energy sources, energy management and the use of modern technologies for optimising energy systems. Her expertise covers the performance assessment of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, the acquisition and interpretation of environmental data, the modelling and simulation of solar systems, and the promotion of sustainable development in educational and international contexts.
