Mission

The mission of ICSTM is to provide both young and established researchers with a dynamic scientific environment, with a research infrastructure in continuous development and an efficient adaptive way of organizing specific activity flows, characteristics through which ICSTM constitutes the central pivot of the unitary research mechanism of Valahia University of Târgoviște.

Vision

ICSTM aims to become a center of excellence in research, innovation and technology transfer, recognized at regional, national and international levels, capable of generating relevant knowledge, training new generations of researchers and actively contributing to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the knowledge-based society.
