Dr. Liviu Olteanu is a scientific research assistant at ICSTM – Valahia University of Târgoviște, specialising in materials engineering, with expertise in the development of functional materials for renewable energy. His work focuses on dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSC), metal oxide-based materials, thin films, and the evaluation of photovoltaic performance through IQE/EQE measurements and I–V curves.
