Simona MIHAI

Dr. Eng. Simona Mihai is a scientific researcher at ICSTM – Valahia University of Târgoviște, with expertise in mechanical engineering and materials science. Her work focuses on the analysis of the mechanical properties of materials, using specialised infrastructure for nanoindentation and mechanical testing. Her research supports the determination of hardness, elastic modulus and mechanical behaviour of materials through tensile, compression and bending tests, with applications in the characterisation of thin films, coatings and surface layers.
